Rebo is a vine obtained from the crossing of two typical Trentino varieties, Teroldego (native) and Merlot, which is why the resulting wine is full-bodied, rich, suitable for refining.
It took its name from Rebo Rigotti, the researcher of the Agricultural Institute of San Michele al’Adige who created this variety in the early 1950s.
Perfect with meats, important cured meats and game, extraordinary with aged cheeses and, in particular with Malga ones.
