Close to the end of october the grape of the Moscato Rosa withers reaching its natural maturation.
The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed and racked in steel barrels to carry out alcoholic fermentation in red. It rests until spring and is bottled in spring.
From the organoleptic point of view the best qualities of Moscato are advised and appreciate when young: fine, aromatic and fascinating. After two or three years it evolves becoming less fragrant, more rounded and calm.
It goes well with dry or moderately sweet pastry like Zelten or Strudel. Excellent with blue cheeses including gorgonzola.
Color: intense ruby red
Aroma: spicy wild rose
Taste: hints of wild rose, cinnamon and cloves, wrapped in a delicate sensation of sweetness
