This wine is produced using only Nosiola grapes, a native vine that grows only in the Trentino Valle dei Laghi. The harvested grapes are dried on special racks for 6-7 months, benefiting from the influence of the wind and the Mediterranean microclimate in the heart of the Dolomites, close to Lake Toblino, a few kilometers from Lake Garda.
The Pisoni are historical producers of Vino Santo: the ritual of pressing grapes during Palm Sunday, a particularly symbolic and heartfelt moment, is very interesting.
Vino Santo goes extraordinarily with blue cheeses and Trentino fregoloti cake, excellent on its own as a meditation wine.
A special gift for important anniversaries and anniversaries: it can’t be missing on the tables at Christmas and Easter time.

Aging: 9-10 years in barriques and in steel, maturing in the bottle starting from one year up to several decades

Delicate, round, extremely harmonious flavor with an intense structure
